Chrome:

  1. Click button with 'three dots' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Click settings
  3. Click advanced
  4. Click Privacy and Security
  5. Click Site Settings (Control what information websites can use and what content they can show you)
  6. Click cookies and site data
  7. Ensure that the option 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)' is selected

Edge (formerly Internet Explorer):

  1. Click button with 'three dots' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Click settings
  3. Click advanced
  4. Click Privacy and Security
  5. Under the 'Cookies' option, select 'Don’t block cookies'

Firefox:

  1. Click button with 'three lines' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Privacy and Security
  4. Select either 'Standard' or 'Strict'
  5. If you prefer to select 'Custom' ensure that the cookies option is not to set to 'All cookies (will cause websites to break'

Some users may still be using the older Internet Explorer browser, which is no longer supported. While switching to one of the above browsers is recommended, the settings for Internet Explorer can be updated as follows:

Internet Explorer:

  1. Click the Tools icon (cog wheel) in the top-right hand corner of the screen
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click the Advanced tab
